They buy the traffic. We make it convert.

A telehealth agency runs paid search, paid social, creative and email. We build what that traffic lands on and hand your media buyer a number that matches the bank.

Which one

Pick by where you are

Pick a marketing agency if

  • Nobody is running your ads and you need volume first.
  • Your funnel already converts and the bottleneck is reach or budget.
  • You want one vendor for ads, email and pages.

Pick Firstfill if

  • You have a media buyer and you argue about whose number is right.
  • Cost per patient is climbing and the funnel has not changed since launch.
  • You want fixed prices and a funnel you own.
FAQ

Asked on the scope call

How is it priced?+

Three fixed prices, public before you book anything: a $1,500 audit credited in full against a build, a Funnel Takeover from $9,000 for one stage or the whole funnel, and a $4,999 a month retainer that keeps tests and new pages shipping. Ad spend and platform fees stay yours.

Do you run our ads?+

No. Your media buyer keeps the budget and we make every click they buy worth more. They get tracking that matches what Stripe settled, which makes their own decisions about where to spend a lot cheaper to get right.

How is this different from a white-label platform or an agency?+

A platform sells the clinic in a box and bills monthly for it, default funnel included. An agency buys traffic and bills on spend. Neither one is paid to make the middle convert, and the middle is where the money is decided: landing, intake, checkout, upsells, portal. That is the part we rebuild and test on your stack. The platform stays, the media buyer stays.

How much of our time does it take?+

One scope call, then one thread. You approve a variation before it goes live and read a short note when a test decides. Nobody on your side writes a ticket, manages a board, or spends a salaried hour translating between design, copy and code.
