A patient portal that says when the box ships.
Dose, refills, labs and the clinician thread in one place, synced to the CRM the care team already works from.
Patient portal, built as one system.
Dose and next ship date, on the first screen
Ship status comes straight from the pharmacy feed.
Refills and check-ins in two taps
Three questions, then it lands in the clinician's queue with the chart open.
Same record as the CRM
What the patient sees is what the care team works from.
Your stack, your login
Your domain, your repo, your Stripe account.
What the platform shipped, and what we replace it with.
A patient who leaves in month two was paid for in full and never reached margin.

What came in the box
A login to the platform portal and an email sequence nobody has opened since launch.
Did my order ship?
I paid on Tuesday and haven't heard anything since the receipt.
Day 30
Refill reminders fire on the platform's calendar, not the pharmacy's ship date.

Dose
What goes in
A portal that shows dose, next ship date, labs and the clinician thread, synced to the CRM so the care team and the patient read the same page.
Asked before every patient portal build.
Does the portal actually make money?+
It is where the second, third and twelfth payments come from. A refill someone can approve in two taps, a dose change that does not need a phone call, and a relevant offer in the place a patient already trusts are worth more over a year than anything on the landing page.
Will this cut what our care team spends on messages?+
That is the point of putting dose, refills, labs and the clinician thread in one place that syncs with the CRM. The questions people ask because they cannot see their own status stop arriving, and those hours are salary you are already paying.
Is this only checkout, or the money after the first order?+
Both. Upsell pages after checkout raise what the first order is worth, and the portal is where refills, doses and the clinician thread live, which is what decides whether someone is still paying in month three. Same system, same tests.
What about our existing CRM and EMR?+
We connect to them. Intake answers and portal activity sync into whatever the care team already works from, so nobody learns a new tool and nobody exports a spreadsheet on Fridays. That matters to the money too: a refill someone chases by hand is a refill that gets missed.
Can our own developers take it over later?+
Yes. It is a plain Next.js repo on your GitHub, running on your domains and your Stripe keys, with no framework of ours sitting in the middle. Anyone you hire reads it the way they read any other codebase, and ending the retainer changes nothing about what is live.
